##################
When a dog refuses to eat or eats only a portion of the dog
food he needs or what he usually eats every day will produce an
imbalance in his dog nutrition. The term Anorexia is used to
describe the condition when a dog refuses to eat. Many dog
owners take their dog’s eating for granted until the dog
actually stops eating. A dog’s eating habits are normally
controlled by hunger, appetite, and the satisfaction of these
two. This control may be abnormally affected by emotions,
sensations, or the taste of the dog food.

Another thing that causes a disturbance of the dog’s natural
eating behavior is mechanical interruption. Broken jaws, a fish
hook in the tongue or a rubber ball stuck in the throat are
typical examples of mechanical anorexia. A lot of dog owners
think that it is normal for all dogs to miss a meal and that a
missed meal is not something to be concerned about. However, a
healthy dog is always hungry at meal time, just as a healthy
person is. Any time a dog refuses to eathisn dog food, it is a
signal to you that something is not right. If the dog refuses
two meals in a row, you can be certain that there is something
wrong, either with your dog or with his dog food.

Obviously with the lack of dog nutrition, a dog gradually
losses weight once he stops eating. A 20 lb Beagle will lose
0.4 pound (six and one-half ounces) each day he refuses to eat.
This weight loss occurs because the dog is breaking down and
using up his own body. Since there is no dog nutrition coming
in, a dog with anorexia must literally burn itself up in order
to obtain the energy and nutrients needed for his essential
life functions. When extra demands from disease are piled on
those suffering from anorexia, the burn-up is even faster. That
Beagle cannot afford to lose =BD lb of his body weight every day
for very long!

Included within the weight lost will be fats, carbohydrates and
protein. The most important loss to a dog is protein. By the end
of only two days of anorexia, that 20 lb Beagle will already
have lost about 3% of his total body protein. This becomes
increasingly important if one considers that protein is
essential not only for normal metabolism but for wound healing,
tissue repair and combating infections. Actions to replace the
intake of anorectic dogs should be implemented immediately.
Unwillingness or failure to overcome the deficiencies of
calories and nutrients created by anorexia can mean the
difference between recovery and death during an illness.

The same dog food the dog was eating before anorexia is
suitable, as long as the cause of the anorexia does not make it
unsuitable. Because dogs become inactive with anorexia, their
calorie need is somewhat less than for most dogs. If they have
a fever, however, this rapidly increases their caloric
requirements.

Dogs with anorexia must be force-fed either by spoon feeding or
by intragastric intubation. This type of dog food diet should be
fed only long enough to get a dog back to eating satisfactorily
on his own and should never become a substitute for actually
determining the cause of the anorexia or for overcoming that
cause.

        =
##################
Keywords represent a user’s needs, desires, problems, and
issues. In order to cater to the needs of the users, or a
specific group of users, you should know what keywords they are
most likely to type in the search field.

Keyword research is the process of finding the right keywords
related to your website and analyzing which among them will
generate high traffic to your site. This will in turn yield
high sales or revenues for your online business.

Here are some things that you need to keep in mind when going
through keyword research process:

=95 Your main keyword.

If you don’t know what your main keyword should be, just ask
yourself a very simple question; "What am I doing in order to
make money online?"

If you sell used cars online, then having "used cars" as your
main keyword sounds good.

It is important, however, that you avoid keywords that are too
general and competitive. This can be done by listing specific
keywords once you have identified your target market.

=95 Your target market.

Your target market is made up of users who are interested to
learn about or purchase the products and services that you
offer online. Who are most likely to purchase your products?

Your target market depends on the coverage of your business.
If you limit your business to just selling used cars within
Texas, then your target market should be Texans who want to
purchase used cars.

=95 Your specific keywords.

Your specific keywords should meet the needs of your target
market. You can have three to five specific keywords for every
web page in your site.

If you are selling used cars in Texas, then your specific
keywords should include the noun "Texas". If you sell a
particular brand of used cars, say BMW, then you should
indicate BMW in your specific keywords.

Through your general and specific keywords, you can identify
the contents you need to include in your website. Main
keywords, for example, can be used as a title of your website
or blog. Main keywords can also be used as your domain name.
Specific keywords can be used as a tag or title of your
individual posts.

=95 Using keyword suggestion tools.

Yahoo’s Overture is the simplest keyword suggestion tool that
you can use. It works by giving you a list of keywords that
users are more likely to type into the search fields. The list
usually contains keyword search volume or count for a particular
period of time.

Other keyword tools like Wordtracker or Good Keywords and might
require you to download the software into your computer for free
or with minimal pay. Downloadable and paid keyword suggestion
tools might have features which are not available in free
web-based tools like Overture.

By following these simple keyword essentials, there is a high
possibility that your entire search engine optimization process
will become a success. Yes, keyword research is just the first
step in increasing traffic to your website. So you’d better
make one good leap at it in order to top the search engine
results and increase the volume of your product sales.

##################
Finding the right holiday let mortgages are of the utmost
importance if you are looking to maximise the investment
potential of your holiday home.

While having a holiday let can be great fun, you must remember
that it is still a business and as with all businesses, you
need to ensure it is a financially viable product.

You may say "Well, I intend to retire to my holiday home in 10
years time and it will naturally rise in value anyway and make
me money so any old mortgage will do" but this is not the case!
Choose the wrong mortgage and you could end up spending out so
much more than you have to.

So how do you go about finding the right holiday let mortgage
for you? Well, first of all, do your research. Look around at
what is on offer =96 all the large banks and lenders do special
holiday let mortgage packs. Read the information provided and
weigh up the pros and cons of each one.

This will give you a good idea of the type of products
available for people who require a mortgage on a holiday home
and means that you can make an educated choice as to which best
suits your circumstances.

Armed with all this information, visit a specialist holiday let
broker. He or she can then go through the sort of deals that
they can arrange for you. You will often find that these
holiday home specialists have access to exclusive deals that
are not openly publicised to the general public, so it really
can benefit you to purchase a mortgage this way.

A good broker will also give you help and guidance on the other
stuff you may not be aware of, such as tax matters. Holiday lets
can be treated as a business rather than as a personal
investment, so there can be tax advantages to owning to a
holiday let that you should know about.

Holiday let mortgages are important, so ensure that yours is
the right one for you.

        =
##################
If one of your insurance policies is coming up to renewal =96 for
example, your household, motor, pet or annual travel insurance
policy =96 don’t automatically accept that your current insurer
is offering you the best deal there is.

Most insurers know that when it comes to renewal time, around
70% of their customers will accept the quote, without even
seeing if they could get it cheaper elsewhere. This could be
because the customers feel don’t have the time or the
inclination to bother or genuinely believe they are being
offered the best deal there is.

However, this complacency could cost the consumer tens =96 even
hundreds =96 of pounds every year. Insurers are running a
business after all and most will not reward their customers
with cheaper premiums for loyally sticking by them.

By shopping around =96 either by going online or by using an
independent broker – you could save yourself a hefty wad of
cash and it doesn’t have to be a time consuming exercise.

And while the average consumer is probably sick of being told
that "you must shop around" even the Financial Services
Authority (FSA – which is the independent regulator set up by
Government to look after the financial services industry and
protect consumers =96 advocate it!

Do note however that when looking for a cheaper deal, whilst
price is important, you should never, ever compromise on cover.
No doubt, there will always be an attractive home or motor
insurance deal available, but the cover may not be adequate for
your needs. The sum insured may not be enough or the policy may
not have the same features and benefits.

Therefore, always compare any new quote on a like for like
basis with your existing cover and not forgetting to look at
the small print and any exclusions.

It doesn’t take long to get alternative quotes and in most
cases, you’ll be quids in!

        =
##################
What could be more fun than a gift basket?! Your team’s
cheerleaders are sure to appreciate receiving them, and they
make an easy way of showing your appreciation for their work.
They needn’t be reserved for the end of a season, either. Why
not give your cheerleading squad gift baskets at the beginning
of the season to inspire and motivate them?

Where do you find cheerleading gift baskets? Your local stores
probably do not offer them. You may have trouble finding them
online. That should not deter you in your search, though.

Cheerleading gift baskets are easy to make. They are fun, too.
A small group of people can make gift baskets for every
cheerleader in the school with little effort.

Most cheerleaders have 7 things in common =96 things on which
great cheerleading gift baskets can be based.

1. love of sports
2. physical energy
3. physical skill
4. rhythm
5. loyalty
6. physical attractiveness
7. outgoing personality

Look at how you can create cheerleading gift baskets around
those traits.

Love of Sports

Cheerleading gift baskets can look like soccer balls,
footballs, basketballs, or volleyballs. Remove the "tops" from
real balls, or make cheerleading gift baskets from ceramic
planters/cookie jars shaped like balls. Your cheerleaders will
appreciate the tie-in with what they love. If you use planters
or cookie jars, they will last for years as a reminder of
cheerleading days.

Physical Energy

Place a couple of energy bars in your cheerleading gift baskets
to replenish cheerleaders’ supply. Small bags of trail mix are
also good. Depending on your budget, you might include a gift
card from a local sporting good store.

Physical Skill

How do you acknowledge physical skill? Give them helpful
cheerleading books. Or go the opposite direction, and include
comical fiction about those who are less physically skilled.

Rhythm

Music CDs are always appreciated, and will be a welcome
addition to cheerleading gift baskets. Choose the music for its
rhythm. Get music without lyrics. It doesn’t have to be
classical music. Just concentrate on rhythm.

Loyalty

For girl cheerleaders, include hair ribbons and bows in team
colors. Give all cheerleaders a small team mascot, if
available. If you have started your gift baskets early, you
might want to design a special "loyalty" gift at one of the
online sites that prints photos on products. Choose a great
cheerleading team photo, and have it printed on tee-shirts,
mugs, or other items.

Physical Attractiveness

Every cheerleader, male or female, loves the mirror. Have small
acrylic mirrors made in cheerleading poses. Have both female and
male mirrors made to fit your team. Tuck the mirrors into your
cheerleading gift baskets, or tie them to the gift baskets.

Outgoing Personality

Any "smiley" item makes a good gift basket stuffer. Look for
"smiley" faces on mugs, character clip-on’s, relaxation balls,
and other items. A good mug for cheerleading gift baskets would
be one that includes adjectives such as "terrific" and "awes=
ome"
with a "smiley" sunshine face.

Helpful Tip

Gift baskets for the team’s cheerleaders will vary according to
the age and gender of your cheerleaders. Every gift basket
should, however, get across the message that you believe they
did a great job and want them to know that.

Line your cheerleading gift baskets with tissue paper in team
colors. Allow the paper to extend well above the balls. Finish
off your gift baskets with large bows of ribbon in team colors.

Saunas have been a popular tool for relaxation for a very long
time. When saunas were first introduced, they were used
primarily for relaxation of muscles and relieving the stress
and tension that build up throughout life. As saunas became
more and more popular and widespread, the people who used them
regularly began to notice some very desirable side effects.
Specifically, people began noticing weight loss as a result of
using saunas.

Weight Loss =96 Myth or Fact

Many people are still incredulous about the reported weight
loss through sauna use. However, the increased popularity of
saunas all over the world cannot and does not lie. Studies have
shown that frequent sauna use does indeed help in weight loss as
the high temperature acts not only on the muscle tissue but also
on the fatty tissues of the body.

Many people agree that saunas have indeed helped them with
weight reduction. The question is how? It is not true that the
heat of the sauna helps in melting fat. Saunas – natural or
infrared – are unable to melt fat with the help of heat. What a
sauna actually does is help the body get rid of its excess salt
through sweating.

What does salt have to do with weight loss? Plenty =96 there are
many medical reports which explain the connection of salt and
gain of weight. This gain is not fat gain but water retention
gain. When a person consumes excess salt, this is deposited
under the skin and in order for it to stay non-toxic it will
demand water. The more salt you collect under the skin, the
more water your body will demand and retain.

The sauna helps you get rid of this extra salt and thereby gets
you rid of the water weight that you have gained. If you want to
maintain the weight loss you enjoy from visiting the sauna, you
need to keep salt consumption to a minimum in your diet.

Hence, the sauna does indeed help you loose weight though not
in the regular way of melting fat. The heat usually forces the
body sweat out the excess salt and toxins and thereby reduced a
great deal of your water weight. Combined with a healthy and
salt free (or reduced salt) diet, you could enjoy the new found
way of staying trim and healthy.

Those who have studied the effectiveness of saunas for weight
loss have observed that side by side with the relaxation
benefits of saunas, they do help with detoxification of the
body and with weight loss, when used frequently. What could be
a better combination? One takes a sauna for relaxation and
relief from stress and ends up with weight loss and body
detoxification.
